The Product Policies Regulatory Management (PPRM) team in PMG (Product Management Group) is responsible for Product approvals, launch and its lifecycle; Policies (Suitability, Pricing, etc.) and Regulatory Project Management. The Regulatory Project Management vertical works closely with front office, COO, PMG, operations, risk, finance, and technology teams and is responsible to deliver all the regulatory changes driven out of PMG. Key responsibilities relate to regulatory Project Management, business analysis and stakeholder management
Understand and analyse regulatory requirement and its product implications to the bank
Document business requirements (system as well as process) involving all internal and external stakeholders; Assess the client journey and consider the user experience
Analyse business processes and capture As-Is and To-be processes
Review and align functional requirements to business requirements, analyse and highlight any potential gaps in the solutioning
Prepare/support to maintain relevant project artefacts in line with project charter/audit requirements
Review SIT plans, document UAT test cases and support business users in execution of testing and troubleshooting
Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project journey
Tracking deliverables to ensure regulatory timelines are met
Identify key risks and issues that might result in delay to meet regulatory timelines, escalation to senior management
Support Project Management by maintaining repositories, driving working groups, steering committees and focus sessions - logging meeting minutes and actions and assisting in follow ups
Plan/deliver training and communication, support BAU post project implementation
Represent PMG and project manage regulatory and compliance sessions where dissemination of regulatory changes, consultation papers and new/ad-hoc surveys/information requests
Report project updates to relevant risk committees
Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
Minimum 5 years' experience in private banking industry, preferably with a focus on change management, project management, business analysis, regulatory compliance
Good understanding of financial products (EQ, FX, FI, derivatives, structured products)
Good understanding of a trade life cycle from private banking perspective
