We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Senior Outsourcing Governance Manager.
Ensuring that Third Party Risk, Contracts Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management and outsourcing management processes remain efficient and effective; maintain effective quality assurance;
Staying ahead of regulatory expectations and emerging third party risk topics such as core subcontractors, ethics and modern slavery and deeper sanction screening requirements within supply chains.
To develop excellent relationships with a wide variety of senior post-holders and to be an effective advocate of Third Party Management (TPM) to drive a consistent approach to third party risk management.
Challenging and evolving regulatory environment, which requires the ability to respond to regulatory needs with a balanced approach to risk and operational requirements
Balancing the ongoing transformation of the TPM service and requirements alongside the day to day delivery of TPM.
Delivering results in a cost effective manner
The job holder will report to the Head of Strategic Sourcing Services for Hong Kong and Macau and will maintain a strong relationship with the Regional Head of TPM and stakeholders groups
The job holder is responsible for the timely delivery of all Hong Kong delivered TPM services and projects
The role holder will provide expert Third Party Management advice, direction and influence to Senior/Executive Management. They must therefore be able to create effective relationships which will provide confidence and understanding of TPM, from risk and performance management through to value enhancement and cost Â efficiency.
Subject matter expert and proven track record in managing third party risks
Experience of working in highly regulated and complex international organisation
A understanding of Â the regulatory landscape and their requirements related to TPM.
Strong stakeholder management and Influencing skills
Experience in risk or control management an advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
