Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Perform updating of address/contact details/signature and other static data.
Perform FATCA/CRS processing activities including year-end reporting check.
Process Enrolment & De-enrolment of e-statements
Update of Account Name Change
Handling of returned Cards & returned mails (Individual & Corporate)
Processing of returned Internet Banking tokens
Handling of functional mailbox
Investigation of failed notifications
Retrieval & Archival of documents
Ensure all requests are processed within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA) and TATs
Coordinate and follow up discrepancy items with relevant parties timely and escalate any exceptions to supervisor
Ensure PRMs & SOPs are updated timely
Support UAT/LV on system/workflow enhancement.
Support Team Manager/Leader on project & process improvement initiatives
A degree holder with at least 1 year of banking experience
Sound knowledge of the bank's core operating systems and control standards is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail
Organized with Good Problem solving skills
A team player and demonstrates strong ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervision
