We are currently seeking a high calibreÂ professional to join our team as a Wealth Digital Sales Growth Manager.
Focus on the wealth product suite and understand drivers of AOP performance, identify and investigate blockers, and escalate issues to local and regional level cross-functional teams.
Seek out growth opportunities across products and propositions.
Work with regional teams to establish a consistent and relevant sales funnel reporting structure with metrics based on product-specific actions.
Work with regional and global cross-functional teams to support markets as they set their annual digital AOP targets and digital performance KPIs.
Establish strong working relationships with Asia Wealth stakeholders and be seen as a subject matter expert for in-market performance setup and management.
Co-Lead the monthly performance reviews for ASP markets.
Understand and champion for the use of segmentation principles (ideal customer profile, experience) to ensure the right opportunities are getting the right attention
Act as a sparring partner and where relevant, mentor and train teams.
Creative problem solving, encouraging the teams to scan and leverage the full tool set of tools available to grow sales (incl. competitive promotions, product parity offering).
Demonstrated background in wealth banking and able to understand how these products fit within a customerâ€™s lifecycle and profile.
Credibility and ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders, convincingly with well-considered logic. Influence & leverage the matrix organization to achieve AOP targets.

Digitally savvy banker, able to clearly assess journeys, challenge on reporting, and advocate for change.
Storyteller able to elevate data and insights into strategically impactful action plans.
Able to turn observation into action and then deliver programs or playbooks to allow for easy replication across the bank.
An individual with a strategic and innovate approach to delivery, comfortable with a high level of ambiguity prepared to relentlessly drive through change to an aggressive timeline
Effective written, oral communication and influencing skills and fluent in Microsoft Office
Experience in providing thought leadership, and driving a complex change agenda, and an ability to challenge the â€œstatus quoâ€�
Deep understanding of digital tools, techniques and a hunger to use existing and new tools to drive a better outcome for customers and the bank
Experience in â€˜rolling up the sleevesâ€™ and personally taking charge driving change and impact
