High level of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Contact management software experience

Operational Responsibilities Include:
New client onboarding
Client updates and maintenance
Account updates and maintenance
Trusted contact updates
Collection of bank and credit card details
Applications and paperwork preparation (entry level)
Mailing and overnight paperwork to clients
Money movements and systematic arrangements (entry level)
Mail and Check Log Handling
Monthly reporting (cash available and certificate maturities)
