Perform end to end duties and obligations for the appointed agency roles from inception and throughout the facility life which include but not limited to the following:
Liaise with various internal and external (customers, relationship managers, participating banks and lawyers) stakeholders on agency related matters.
Facilitate and attend conference calls, discussions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders when required.
Facilitate consent waiver requests.
Covenants monitoring and coordination.
Facilitate and monitor loan operational and administrative aspects as the facility agent to ensure timely drawdown, rollover and loan repayments, project account claims, project account fixed deposit, etc.
Ensure all original agency and security agency documents to be safekept are received in a timely manner and properly lodged.
Prepare timely and accurate internal and regulatory reports, e.g. GST report, Audit confirmation, MAS Returns A & B, etc.
Initiate and participate in improvements and automation projects to optimise, enhance productivity and efficiency in our daily deliverables.
Take on ad-hoc or additional duties when assign.
Good knowledge and experience in handling loan agency transactions with client servicing and agency operation management preferred but not mandatory.
Able to read agency legal documents with good understanding of duties and obligations of agency roles.
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and yet is a strong team player.
Well organised, pro-active, meticulous, and attentive to details.
Able to multi-task, work under challenging situations to produce accurate and timely work.
Willing to take challenges and additional responsibilities when assign.
