The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide support for 3 departments within the Wealth Management Solutions business unit with a focus on supporting 3 department officers. The ideal candidate will have experience balancing multiple leader schedules, helping to prepare presentations and expense reports along with helping to coordinate department events.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Scheduling meetings and conferences for leaders -Preparing presentations and department communications -Organizing expense reports, invoices and travel arrangements -Coordinating department special events and department programs -May read and respond to emails and requests on behalf of leaders -Responding to ad hoc requests and providing project support -Assisting with new hire training and/or mentoring for administrative staff -Acting as a back-up for other administrative assistants
â€¢ Associate's degree or equivalent work experience â€¢ 3-5 years of relevant administrative or executive assistance experience â€¢ Proficiency w/ computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and administrative programs (Outlook, Ariba Buyer, XMS, Concur) â€¢ Ability to multi-task, quickly change direction and independently prioritize work in order to support multiple people â€¢ Ability to anticipate needs and use independent judgment given limited availability of leader â€¢ Ability to exercise discretion due to accessing and handling sensitive information
