Review the Bank's Reward programs to maintain its market competitiveness and to comply with local regulations by keeping abreast of the market trend and changes in any relevant regulatory requirements. Acquire market data and developments via participating surveys and networking. Prepare review papers and proposals for Management's consideration. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure successful fulfillment.
Participate in benchmarking exercise and conduct analysis on pay position and benefits provisions against market.
Drive regular compensation review exercise to reward good performers, to attract high-calibre personnel and/ or to achieve staff retention purpose by developing and implementing performance-based pay plans and other incentive compensation practices.
Partner with Business HR to deliver appropriate reward solutions and policies in line with business needs and strategies. Keep abreast of line's feedback via closely work with BHR, maximizing the outcome of solution.
Drive internal communication, with the objective to help HR society and staff to better understand the Bank's reward programs and policies, including preparing communication materials and coordinating with relevant channels, updating staff handbook, and conducting briefing sessions.
Review, develop and deliver competitive and cost-effective Reward programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee value proposition
Manages staff insurance policies and effectively oversees and reviews pricing offered and services performed by vendors.
Assists to drive alignment of compensation and benefits policies across region.
Minimum 10 years experience in developing compensation and corporate policies preferably in the banking industry and / or with professional consultancy companies.
