Our Compliance Technology teams are responsible for delivering solutions which will automate business workflows, improve data quality and enhance reporting for the Compliance function.
The Employee Compliance Technology (ECT) Programme is responsible for re-platforming legacy Compliance applications onto modern, scalable, cloud-ready technology. The new Global Employee Compliance Collective (GECCo) platform will provide a one-stop shop for all employee compliance tasks within Deutsche Bank moving employees and Compliance to a self-service model, eliminating manual intervention and improving data quality by ensuring it is consumed strategically from authoritative sources.
As a Product Owner within ECT, you will take responsibility for a GECCo product and contribute to the Product Vision and Roadmap, manage the team backlog and liaise with our business and technology stakeholders to further develop and enhance the product, ensuring it is consistent with Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime Technology strategy.

Your key responsibilities
Define and prioritise the development of the product in collaboration with all stakeholders
Work together with the teams in building and owning a product structure of epics, features and stories
Adjusting features and priorities dynamically based on user feedback and realignment of business demands
Accepting or rejecting features delivered by development teams during sprint cycles
Keeping customers or users informed of status, demonstrating functionality to users and gathering feedback
Support project manager and Subject Matter Experts for successful User Acceptance Testing and product adoption by business
Contribute to team standards, engineering best practices and quality standards, and help ensure the team meets them
Your skills and experience
Hands-on experience in structured business analysis methods and tools within Compliance / Financial Services
Ability to think strategically and anticipate user needs on a long term basis in order to build a continuous vision for the product - able to deliver incremental features that map to a long term vision
Must be able to communicate information effectively with people from varying backgrounds including technical teams, users and business stakeholders
Experience working in a scaled Agile environment
Expertise in drawing business process workflows, requirements backlog preparation and ability to break down large complex processes into small tangible product output for incremental business value delivery
Experience in JAMA/R4J, JIRA and ALM, in addition to other tools necessary for business analysis
Hands-on data extraction, data processing and analysis using SQL
