HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Business Solution and Deployment.
Initiate and deliver branch operations projects/programmes, work improvement ideas to fully align with business directions.
Provide consultancy to business, internal and external functions on systems, processes, risk and controls. Suggest prioritization to ensure project objectives of quality, timeliness and commercial goals be met.
Actively monitor the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget.
Work closely with various stakeholders including business users, operations, IT to ensure effective project governance
Work with businesses/ functions to oversee the overall budget management, resources allocation and prioritization amongst all projects
Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
Support process review and service improvement initiatives
University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' banking experience, preferably with knowledge of WPB products and bank operations.
Sound knowledge and experiences on project management, planning and appreciation of the need to meet project deadlines
Self-starter, with 'Can do ' attitude, customer-centric and with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
