We Offer APAC FCC Know Your Customer (KYC) Advisory Team is responsible for governance, oversight and implementation of Credit Suisse's Global Client Due Diligence (CDD) Program in APAC. Specifically, is responsible for advising the APAC First and Second Line business partners on the Global CDD Program, working collaboratively with Country FCC to set additional country specific KYC Policy and Standards and implementing KYC control changes and enhancements in consultation with Global FCC, Country FCC Advisory and respective business unit business partners. The KYC Advisory Team is a small team of 3-4 FCC professionals headed by the APAC Head of FCC KYC Advisory with over 15 years of industry experience and over 7 years of CS' institutional knowledge. The Team Lead values open communication and believes in ongoing training, hence team members would be encouraged to share knowledge and experience, and every member will be given opportunities to learn and grow with the Team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced FCC professional who has prior hands on experience in providing advisory in the FCC space or performing CDD/ KYC checks on IB and PB clients. Proactive, motivated to tackle new initiatives/ challenges and able to multi-task and work independently to produce quality deliverables.
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant AML/FCC experience and proven track record
Familiarity with current financial regulatory requirements, especially in the area of KYC/AML for the APAC jurisdictions would be beneficial.
Solid grasp of Singapore/Hong Kong AML/CFT laws and regulations (i.e. Notice 626 and accompanying Guidelines, CDSA, TSOFA, Info Paper on PB Controls etc) and international AML standards (FATF, Wolfsberg) is required
The ability to analyze and assess new rules and regulations as well as facilitate collaborative initiatives and work optimally with colleagues across regions and business-units
