The Payments Modernization Channels Product Manager will be the Digital Channels Product lead responsible to drive the implementation of the Channel capabilities that is required to support the Payments Modernization strategy across all BNYM owned front end channels (API, Online Banking and File Services). In this capacity, the Payments Modernization Channels Product Manager will work directly with the senior USD Modernization Product Lead and the Channels Product Owners and other Product Managers of Treasury Services major payment product verticals and pro-actively contribute to the following: Design and requirements definition of the Channel capabilities scoped in the Modernization roadmap through intense collaboration with the Channels team, Clearing Product and all adjacent product verticals to articulate desired client and business outcomes in alignment with broader Treasury Services and Channels strategic goals. Definition of the front-to-back view of the implementation requirements (articulation of current state and the phased approach to end state) in the Treasury Services in collaboration with stakeholders across other Treasury Services product areas, operations and technology as well as risk partners. Participation in solution design to ensure alignment with desired client and business outcomes and engagement in program oversight execution to ensure delivery in line with planned goals. Definition, prioritisation, implementation, and execution of Treasury Services staff training strategy in collaboration with Product Line owners and other functional areas in Treasury Services Actively collaborate with the respective agile teams and solution management teams to ensure functionalities delivered meet the business acceptance criteria. Manage product and solution roadmaps and take a lead role in making the prioritisation of capabilities at the sprint planning level and escalate to Product senior management when project scope and timelines is expected to not meet with Product roadmap and vision objectives. Manage cross-functional stakeholder communications and cross-impacted initiatives to set / manage expectations through effective written and oral communications. Definition, planning and execution of client communication and training strategy in collaboration with other functional areas in Treasury Services and Corporate Marketing In order to deliver on those objectives the Payments Modernization Channels Product Manager will leverage his/her extensive Channels and cash Management experience in Product Management or related Technology or Operations functions or the comprehensive business and technical knowledge of global cross border payments and major global FMIs as well as SWIFT. He/She will draw from previous experience contributing and managing complex transformation initiatives and demonstrate the ability to engage with broad and diverse range of stakeholders in a high intensity environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 12 plus years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred. MBA or CFA preferred. Product Leadership Certification preferred.
