We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth Sales Process Management Manager.
The main role of the job holder is to lead a team to oversee branch activities and drive initiatives to optimize wealth sales productivity of the entire branch network in AMH per the Group strategic imperatives of growing quality income, Global Standards implementation and process streamlining. The job holder needs to orchestrate the development and implementation of Group and local initiatives and identify process streamlining opportunities via challenging existing procedures, conducting branch activities analysis and leveraging on transformation initiatives whereas the ultimate objective is to uplift work efficiency and sales productivity
With a wide range of sophisticated products offered by branches, the high inherited financial crime risk associated with the Group's strategic focus on international business and digital channels, tightening regulatory requirements and the highly competitive environment plus the increasing demand for high work efficiency, the job holder must possess sound knowledge on various aspects of WPB in particular compliance and process re-engineering areas. In addition, he or she needs to work collaboratively with senior managers of various WPB teams and Global Functions of Group, ASP and AMH in order to gain their support of effectively managing conflicting priorities and driving balanced decisions to achieve the assigned compliance goals and business growth targets
Overall, the job holder needs to build a risk adverse culture in the branch network to ensure all related business activities meet the highest internal control standards and regulatory requirements as well as foster a "work smart" behavior there to optimize the wealth sales productivity of the important face-to-face sales and service channel
University graudate preferably with a master business degree or equivalent
Sound knwoledge on financial crime and sales compliance control at branches plus ability to drive wealth sales and operations process streamlining
Over 5 years middle management work experience of retail banking with dreict wealth sales process management or financial crime control experience preferred
Strong leadership with ability to drive change and results
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organizational planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving
Excellent command in English and able to communicate effectively at all leves
Being able to work in a multicultual environement
