We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Retail Banking Sales Management Manager.
Oversee retail banking sales performance and processes in line with bank strategies
Initiate projects, programs and drive branch sales productivity to meet business goals
Deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
Define the training requirements of branch network and determine the needs-based sales strategies
Liaise with stakeholders in new initiatives launch, sales platform development, process streamlining and system enhancement
Collaborate with different business units to build an effective strategies for achievements of business goals
Ensure the effective roll-out of all sales support initiatives e.g. marketing campaign, new product/sales tool launch, sales application system revamp, business practices, etc.
University degree qualified, preferably in a finance or related discipline
Relevant experience in customer experience/banking industry
Extensive experience in the financial or banking sector
Good understanding of Retail Banking strategic imperatives and being able to translate them into business objectives and policies
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across a variety of stakeholders to deliver results with multiple deadlines
Experience and success in implementing change or improvements in cross functional projects
Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in projects
A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
