Assist to ensure compliance with in-country HR related regulatory policies and frameworks which includes but not limited to Representative Notification Framework in Singapore and other regulatory matters.
Support licensing requirements with Representative Notification Framework (RNF) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX), for notifiable events eg onboarding, cessation, change of roles, change of personal information for licensed representatives.
Maintain Representative register for licensed representatives of MAS and SGX.
Respond to queries from employees received by the RNF helpline promptly and accurately.
Process the payment of license related fees due to the regulators, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Exchange Ltd.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects to ensure that processes are continuously improved, automated wherever possible, which includes providing specifications and conducting User Acceptance Testing of systems prior to "live" implementation.
Provide administrative support to drive and facilitate regional level risk and control related matters.
Assist to conduct internal checks and support external/internal audits.
Sharing operational risk management and compliance best practices, to HR employees on a regular basis.
Minimum University Degree
Relevant experience in audit/ operational risks/Compliance related fields.
Good understanding and experience in risk and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidentiality
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
