As a Barclays Internal Reporting Technology Lead, you will be responsible for managing the technology delivery across multiple Finance Transformation programmes. You will demonstrate strong technical in-depth development skills working on Oracle technologies and functional expertise on managing Finance transformations.

What you'll be doing?
â€¢ Managing a number of Hyperion Finance systems within Group Finance team ensuring quality and timely delivery of key finance transformation programmes
â€¢ Being able to engage with 3rd party vendor resources to create and manage a team of highly skilled internal and 3rd party resources required for the successful delivery of the engagement
â€¢ Supporting the team members within the team to ensure they are delivering the day-to-day stories and functionalities on the agile board
â€¢ Managing Stakeholders with both the Hyperion Leadership team and the Business Units - ability to setup and manage stakeholder meetings and strong upward reporting to senior management
â€¢ Applying risk, governance and control management principles
â€¢ Producing a series of Management Information Reports showing programme progress, risks, issues, mitigations etc.
â€¢ Looking at continuous improvement opportunities both from a technical/process perspective to ensure efficiency amongst the offshore support capability
â€¢ Consistently looking at areas of improvement and delegating relevant resources to ensure improvements are being managed / implemented
What we're looking for:
â€¢ A minimum of 3-4 implementation projects using Oracle Financial technologies
â€¢ In-depth knowledge of database scripting and code scripting
â€¢ Proven technical background in IT
â€¢ Ability to assess current build and design and recommend suitable improvements (were necessary) in the use of the Hyperion toolset across finance functions
