As Barclays Business Design Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis of business processes within Barclays Payments Tech and Change. You will capture and prioritise function and non-functional requirements and document 'Acceptance Criteria' which will be used to support the delivery of defined requirements and operational design materials.

What will you be doing?
â€¢ Working with multiple stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional business requirements in the form of User Stories
â€¢ Ensuring that stories are ready for downstream delivery (e.g. Sprint Planning) by meeting quality standards
â€¢ Delivering pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving desired business outcomes
â€¢ Supporting the Sponsor, Product Owner and Barclays Payments stakeholders in prioritising User Stories within the Product Backlog
â€¢ Representing Sponsors/Product Owners during delivery promoting a high level of collaboration to quickly solve blockers and issues
â€¢ Facilitating communications to enable Sponsors/Product Owners to accept or reject deliverables
â€¢ Developing and implementing new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project, considering interdependencies across features/projects
What we're looking for:
â€¢ Extensive experience of conducting Business Analysis in Agile and Waterfall delivery environment (includes capturing, refining and prioritising business requirements)
â€¢ Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with proactive customer service skills
â€¢ Influencing / networking skills to help develop internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions
â€¢ Professional communications skills that making oneself understood, sharing information, listening to and encouraging others to get involved
Skills that will help you in the role:
â€¢ Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance or equivalent)
â€¢ Technical knowledge and development experience
â€¢ Test automation experience (BDD, Cucumber or similar)
