What we would need you to do:
Help lead client communications campaign projects, including:
Collaborating on campaign concept development
Writing, editing, and designing content for communications materials
Overseeing the workflow management of content development, conducting editorial reviews and working iteratively on incorporating feedback from clients, providers, and other key stakeholders
Help prepare content for, and work towards presenting our Participant Engagement offering in, sales finalist, consultant, and client due diligence meetings
Oversee library of thematic content and develop processes to systematize maintenance, updating, and distribution of content
Help maintain project pipeline and coordination with our distribution and marketing teams
Build strong internal and external relationships, notably across strategy and relationship management teams, marketing, legal, compliance, clients and their providers, and vendors in order to deliver preeminent communications solutions
Help contribute regular thought leadership content leaning on industry trends, working with plan sponsors, and behavioral insights
What we would need you to be:
Self-starter who will excel and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team environment
Positive, with a collaborative attitude and strong team orientation, with ability to drive initiatives independently
Organized, with excellent project and time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with a high degree of editorial accuracy when working under pressure
Creative thinker with the ability to take complex ideas and present them in an intuitive fashion
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Writing, Communications, Marketing or related field
5-10 years of relevant experience (writing, editing, graphic design or communications work preferred)
Investment management, HR/benefits consulting, or retirement industry experience preferred
