Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team
A background in P&L management in business leadership, particularly from start-up
Experience of leading change in acquired businesses
Special expertise in driving change in particular fields is an advantage, such as digitisation, supply chain, post-merger integration, sales & marketing, cost reduction, pricing
Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies
Credible with portfolio companies C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
