This individual should be exceptionally proactive, willing and quick to learn, adept at managing multiple priorities, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a sense of urgency on a daily basis. Specifically, we are looking for someone to contribute to our learning initiatives and team operations in a project manager capacity.
Play a role in driving programs and initiatives locally and across the globe (i.e., serve as Program / Project Manager), which target and address specific learning and leadership needs of the firm
Contribute ideas and insights across the Goldman Sachs Learning function as relevant
Communicate closely with global business stakeholders to gain support for initiatives
Drive aspects of project management across all our practice areas e.g. manage reporting for coaching and assessment work
Oversee and manage operational matters that help the team run more efficiently e.g. centrally coordinate efforts with GS Events team
Produce presentation materials for key stakeholders on Learning strategy and projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and global team

Excellent communication, project management and organization skills
Good analytical skills and ability to perform and present detailed analyses
Excellent organization ability with superior attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree required
