Our Workforce Management and Analytics (WFM&A) team provides critical services to the Bank to support and guide workforce planning processes and provision of analytics and reporting to enable the Bank to best manage its workforce ensuring it has the skills required whilst managing to an appropriate cost base. You will be working on innovative projects making use of best in class Human Resource (HR) applications and analytics tooling to provide insight.
The principle area of focus for this role is analysing our workforce total compensation costs, especially when we are looking at the future costs during the planning cycles and workforce planning. In this role we need someone experienced who can create models and insights to try and make a complicated topic relatively simple for our stakeholders, to aid accurate and timely manner.

Your key responsibilities
Become Bank's Subject Matter Expert with regards to the data and insights relating to compensation modelling
Implement strong project management and governance for this area but also to potentially support and collab with other projects as well
Create accurate and timely reporting outputs
Support and work together with others in HR and the Bank to build their trust, confidence and expertise in data driven decision making
Help embed Agile best practices
Your skills and experience
Prior experience working with HR data, especially compensation and reward modelling will be beneficial
Analytical tooling experience; essential to have strong excel experience, prior experience of Workday reporting BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik is ideal
Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
