As our Data & Insight Lead you critical to our future decision-making for people, resourcing and recruitment.
You'll collate and utilise data to create incredible people-focused insights which tell how we're doing, how we attract new talent and where our teams' support will be most valuable.
You will need a passion for both data & people. You will translate raw data for senior stakeholders, presenting clear and concise insights and recommendations that show how we can improve.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
You are a highly organised and experienced data and insight lead able to use a variety of innovative ways to gather and use complex, accurate data.
You can lead on the use of data management software (such as, but not exclusively, Advanced Excel) and you have advanced skills in manipulating, dissecting and presenting data which drives good decision making.
Ideally your experience will be grounded in a large and/or complex organisation and will have been gained in a workforce planning context.
This is a people-focused and data-driven role. You'll be able to build relationships which enable you to challenge current processes, collaborate on solutions actions, and land complex data and recommendations.
You'll need to be organised and methodical in the face of ambiguity, with a strong analytical mind and a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
This is a face-paced environment with ever-changing priorities, so you'll need to be resilient and flexible, taking challenges and changes in your stride.

Salary is Â£35,310 - Â£40,666.
