We are partnering with our client, a leading financial institutional group to place a Regional Institutional Equities Sales Person. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of business relationships and maximizing revenues from assigned institutional accounts. He/She will also need to develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates efforts to service client organizations. The role typically works closely with the client's investment and research personnel, presenting research services while advising clients on investment opportunities.
Developing and executing account plans
Generating deep understanding of client needs and building relationships with key client decision maker
Maximising client attendance at Analyst/Corporate roadshows.
Support Corporate Finance activities
Ensure the integrity of client database information and fully utilize CIS
Qualification & experience
Institution Equities experience of minimum 7 years
A knowledge of Asian based companies and sectors
An understanding of micro and macro-economic factors affecting Asian equity markets
Understanding of basic financial principles
Experience working with Research teams and Sales Traders to ensure information is communicated and understood appropriately
Technical Knowledge of the Broking Industry
