Your new role
Multiple opportunities available for Claim Consultants to join a high performing Property claims team located in the CBD. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, handling inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and time management skills whilst providing a high level of customer service and display empathy to succeed.
Manage end to end claims in accordance with service level targets.
Liaise with all relevant parties, while providing regular updates on the progress of claims.
Perform coverage evaluation, investigation and collate relevant documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a customer centred role (essential)
Previous experience managing claims (desirable)
Well-developed interpersonal skills and clear and professional communicator
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
