Your role A Consultant/Analyst in Revenue Growth Management within the Advisory team is responsible for ensuring the project/product deliverables meet the needs of stakeholders and wider industry demands. With direction senior members of the team, they assist in identifying potential opportunities for current Deloitte offerings, as well as driving the ideas behind new product developments based on industry expertise and stakeholder discussions. Assist in managing conversations with key stakeholders to realise value of project deliverables.
Assist in providing RGM expertise to potential clients and shape how we could integrate Deloitte offerings to meet requirements.
Liaise with the Product and Technical delivery teams to understand the products currently available for clients.
Assist in managing client relationships
Support the team in providing market-leading recommendations to clients and to drive sales for area of specialism.
Leverage position as an RGM consultant to identify opportunities for new offerings or products and take them to market.
Identify opportunities to integrate specialist offering across relevant Deloitte offerings.
Assist in the delivery of small/large packages of work within the Advisory team
Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied.
Using knowledge from stakeholder discussions, validate the requirements and deliverables that illustrate the products/service success factors that the product team produce.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage & track sales incentive programs

Experience of working in RGM, Sales, Customer Marketing, Pricing Strategies or commercial financial in Retail/CPG.
Exceptional strategic thinking & analytical skills - ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary storylines & concise practical execution plans
Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of stakeholders
