HR is a global function with responsibility for group wide HR policies, practices, processes, frameworks, and standards and continue to support businesses with HR Business Partnership, Subject Matter Expertise and Operational Delivery
Employee data review and consolidation + scanning (i.e., e-file) etc.
Preparation and maintenance of relevant HR materials (decks, spreadsheets, FAQs, Talking Points etc.)
Documentation preparation (i.e., contracts, letters, amendments to employee handbook etc.)
Support the communications exercise (i.e., group and individual forums)
General admin/organization around interview scheduling, feedback & assessment information
Capturing and administering RM business case, benchmarking, mapping, F&P materials, pre-hire checks and background screening, approval process etc.
Liaison with HRSS/systems etc. on the data & onboarding transfer process
General administrative support to help manage data flow to benefits & payroll vendors
Support as required in the continued analysis and alignment with the compensation model/strategy
Essentials Skills and Qualifications
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
Extensive experience as an ER Specialist, ideally obtained within a demanding financial services environment.
A demonstrated understanding of the Singapore and South East Asia employment law and regulatory frameworks (exposure to, and a full appreciation of, the regulatory environment and the regulator's expectations in the context of employee conduct / disciplinary matters is essential).
Experience dealing with a wide range of complex first and second stage grievances and disciplinaries.
Experience working within a complex, fast-paced, and challenging business environment.
A demonstrated ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders including senior business managers.
Confidence, gravitas, and credibility together with a robust and resilient personality.
