Design, maintain and implement ER Regional strategy and guidelines aligned with HR requirements
Provide high-quality support and advice, ensuring the effective management of ER-related risks
for employee relations issues
Provide proactive HR consultancy advice to business heads and HR business partners
Provide support to individuals and business managers to interpret ER policy
Ensure consolidation and accurate reporting of ER delivery and issues across APAC, and be the APAC contact person for ER matters with Group

Bachelor degree in Law or Human Resources
Relevant experience in HR Business Partner and employee relations in a fast-paced business environment, preferably with material exposure to working in or advising in the international banking environment
Strong communication (presentation and writing) skills
Proactive and solutions focused with a strong service/client orientation
Ability to show good / balanced judgment, with strong analytical skills
Hands-on and highly adaptable and flexible in approach
Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to gain credibility and trust with all levels of employees including senior management
