Actively drive revenue growth within the advisory team whilst also acting as the single point of accountability for end to end customer to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction
Ensure needs-based selling in accordance with FA Act and service compliance with both internal audit/security and external regulatory requirements
Create a high-performance culture through motivation, training, development of all advisory staff
A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a good track record in sales and sales management
Sound understanding of financial planning, wealth management products as well as banking operations
Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management, and business marketing strategies and techniques
Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing relationship managers
Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications
