We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who has a strong domain working experience supporting Distribution division (Sales, Marketing and Client Services) in the Asset Management industry.
Schroders set up a CRM Centre of Excellence in 2017 to support and drive CRM and Sales Effectiveness across the firm, as defined by the Target Operating Model for Schroders' CRM ecosystem. The CRM CoE is led by Product Owner of CRM, with Regional CoE Managers and regional CRM Business Analysts supporting regional requirements and driving global co-ordination. The London based CRM IT Team is responsible for supporting BAU changes and projects together with CRM CoE.
You'll be working closely with CRM IT Team based in London, CoE Team and APAC regional stakeholders in contributing to all aspects of the analysis, design, development, building and testing of solutions within a sprint cadence.
This role will be based in Singapore at our CapitaGreen office.
What you'll do
Provide 2nd line BAU Support to Regional CoE Team on system queries/issue resolution raised by APAC system users
Analyse solution in addressing local/regional business need when required
Support Capability [Product] Owners and Epic Owners/ Analysts to ensure that features and stories to be delivered by the Capability team are suitably well defined and structured
Leading analysis tasks which contribute to the delivery of working software required by the Capability [Product] Owner
Contributing to the analysis, development, build and testing of working software required by the Capability [Product] Owner
Accountable for ensuring user stories are delivered to the 'working system' definition of done within agreed sprint
Accountable for ensuring committed PI Objectives and Sprint Objectives are met
Working with colleagues from other agile teams and shared service teams to both communicate and accept dependencies
Supporting the CRM Team in readiness for the System Demo
Participate enthusiastically and effectively in Schroders Agile ceremonies
Ensuring continued improvement through conducting regular retrospective reviews and executing high priority actions that emerge
Performing the role of Scrum Master for the agile team if required to do so
Supporting the development of the wider GT organisation through leadership of communities, guilds or key involvement in other non-core activities
Conduct and lead business requirements gathering workshops
Knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Degree graduate with minimum 5 years of experience working as technical business analyst
At least 3 years of working knowledge on Salesforce, Salesforce Cloud and related apps (e.g. Pardot and Service Cloud).
High level of technical skill in use of business analysis techniques, methodologies and artefacts to support agile software development
Knowledge and experience of toolkits like MS Team, Azure DevOps and DemandTool
Certification on Salesforce (ADM201)
Certification on Safe Agilist (SA) is an advantage
