Their continued success has led them to recruit an additional Business Development Manager within Residential Lending to join their high performing team.
Your new role Working as a Residential BDM you will be:
Handling hot leads provided - closing the deal
Sourcing new leads through referral partners
Assessing each application and advising on the most suitable product to them
Managing the application once you close the deal, through to settlement
Liaising with the necessary Lenders
Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures, in line with government regulations
Demonstrating your knowledge throughout the process for not only the customer, but internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience working in a sales based residential lending role
Exposure to various Lenders
Ability to manage existing and new relationships
Understand the policies and procedures when handling Home Loans
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
