Your new company An exclusive and growing MSP in Townsville's CBD is seeking a Level 1/2 Helpdesk Analyst to work on a large number of support projects for a variety of clients throughout Queensland!
Your new role Your new role will see you work within a close knit but multi-talented team of analysts to provide both hardware and software level 1 and 2 support across a range of technologies. You will be interacting with clients on and off site daily and will be expected to deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:
Desktop and laptop computer configuration, deployments and troubleshooting.
Deploying and maintaining server and workstation infrastructure.
Configuring and maintaining Active Directory & Group policy, Networking & TCPIP management and DNS & Domain management.
Office 365 including Administration, Exchange and Microsoft Teams.
Various other Microsoft related support technologies.
