We're looking for a Studio Coordinator with a can-do attitude to join our talented team of designers in our in-house Creative Studio.
We're a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future. We have around 6,000 people on six continents. And we've been around for over 200 years, but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What doesn't change is our commitment to helping our clients, and society, prosper.
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.
You'll be joining our talented team of designers in our in-house Creative Studio. What you'll do
You'll be responsible for managing the workflow across our multi-disciplined creative team, including assessing and interpreting briefs, prioritising projects, allocating work and scheduling. You will have a good understanding of design processes, be meticulously organised, have a keen eye for detail and thrive on meeting deadlines. You will manage a wide variety of brand and design requests, and queries from across the business. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple projects.
As you'll be the first and last point of contact for our internal stakeholders, you'll have a professional and positive manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when under pressure or where there are tight deadlines. Before we deliver any work to our stakeholders, you'll check it thoroughly in line with our brand guidelines to ensure we deliver all work to the highest quality.
Making data-driven decisions will be key to our ongoing success so you will work with the Creative Lead to capture, measure and report on data relating to utilisation and effectiveness of work we generate to assist with future planning and providing guidance for stakeholders.
If you have design skills and/or copywriting and editing experience, there will also be an opportunity to work on projects alongside the designers, time-permitting. There will also be elements of essential administrative tasks (such as liaising with third-party suppliers, managing printing requirements, invoicing and staffing) essential to the smooth running of the Creative Studio.

Good working knowledge of print and digital graphic production
Demonstrable experience in design or related creative industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
