Your new company An exciting and well known Financial services firm, who due to go growth are now looking to add a Senior HR Manager.
Your new role The role is fairly strategic and reports to the Head of HR. The role is a generalist business partnering role with strategic responsibility especially relating to a key project to deliver on remuneration, reward and recognition. Responsibilities include:
This is a key leadership role that is responsible for designing, developing and implementing key strategic people initiatives
Providing coaching, guidance and tools on people related matters and policies
Working strategically to embed great people practices
Design and implement the people strategy to maximise engagement, motivation and retention of team members
Develop and implementation of effective remuneration policy, strategy and governance
Manage the annual review of salaries end to end
Responsibility for sign off of all HR Instructions sent to the Payroll team
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years experience in generalist or remuneration focused roles
Experience working in Financial Services or similar professional industry preferred
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
Strong proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including excel for reporting purposes
Previous experience with change and transformational change
