Manage and grow a portfolio of top tier corporate accounts primarily in the real estate and real estate-related industries
Market suite of products and services to existing and new clients
Cross-sell product capabilities and regional franchise to deepen client coverage and enhance portfolio return
Responsible for risk (including credit and operational) management of portfolio
Handle documentation and negotiations (for loan and security etc)
Prepare credit memos and reviews (including financial models)
Bachelor Degree holder with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate and investment banking preferred
Good knowledge on credit analytics, corporate finance, banking products & services and loan & security documentation
Strong credit and financial analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented, resourceful and possess keen business acumen in identifying and developing business opportunities
Strong team player with ability to foster trust and work well with team members
