We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Client Management, CSSS, Institutional Business.
Support HSBC and Hang Seng MPF and ORSO business teams in soliciting new sales and retain existing business by representing AM to attend performance review meetings / seminars
Handle enquires and/or performance related complaints from customers and/or media
Manage and support on the production of monthly / bi-monthly performance review meeting decks and quarterly fund fact sheets
Support marketing to media including but not limited to writing articles on newspaper
Provide ad-hoc market intelligence, competitors' analysis and market/sector analysis in conjunction with Product Specialists
Contribute to and work with Client Director, Product and investment teams for delivering investment propositions and assessing sales impact and strategy
Contribute to and work with Product Team and Client Director, etc to ensure the successful launch of new product offerings
Help to handle investment breaches especially in relation to client communication
Ensure Key Client Plans are updated/maintained for relevant client management activities
Being the Responsible Officer (R.O.) of MPF corporate intermediary and Insurance Agency and to perform the related activities
Attend briefings or seminars conducted by MPFA and/or industry in order to keep abreast of latest regulations and/or product development
Support marketing media including but not limited to writing articles on newspaper
Take part in pension related projects on ad hoc basis
Good people and communication skills, both spoken and written
Past experience in client facing or client support role within an asset management business
Good understanding of investment products/capabilities
Clear evidence/understanding of client requirements
Evidence of making difficult decisions when faced with competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Baseline investment knowledge and extensive experience in investment management ore related business/capability based role
