Who we are looking for As part of the newly constructed IS Client Administration infrastructure, the program management and governance role will support the IS Client Admin lead in developing priorities, project managing key initiatives, communicating and reporting with key stakeholders, and managing the logistics for governance forums. Because this is a new function that plays a core role in reducing the IS risk profile, unbilled revenue, and process improvement, this role has a significant role to play to ensure priorities are set, project plans are built to support the teams while driving deeper accountability, reporting on KPIs, and providing insight into continuous improvement opportunities. Additionally, a key challenge to the process flow is the amount of communications and governance required to support senior management and effective decision making. This role will lead those communications, agendas, presentations, reports, and action items.

What you will be responsible for As IS Client Governance and Project Lead, VP you will
Establish in partnership with the IS Client Admin lead the priorities and goals for the function
Establish project plans across the verticals to support the teams in understanding key priorities and deliverables; while managing an overall work plan to ensure clarity with all key stakeholders
Draft content, prepare presentations, align agendas to priority topics, to manage seamless and transparent communication to key stakeholders
Develop necessary governance meetings, agendas, and reporting in support of changes to the process (bi-weekly billing leadership meeting)
Responsible for the data and analytics across the verticals to track against KPIs and report out to stakeholders on areas of progress/escalation
Responsible for the action items that are decided upon during leadership/governance meetings as it relates to conveying those to the appropriate owner, imbedding into project plans, elevating into reporting, risk data, etc.
Partner with Business Risk teams to create standard operating procedures
Lead and manage the central document repository creation and maintenance; ensure and track 100% of adoption of internal standards to the group
Facilitate streamlined and timely execution of next steps identified in decision making forums
Drive deeper accountability with responsible stakeholders to reduce our risk profile
