The (Delivery) Senior Associate role at CEPRES demands a unique set of skills specific to the PE industry and interpersonal skills to be able to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge fin-tech company.
Description of your Role:
Manage and motivate a dedicated team of analysts & associates (the group size varies from 3-5 team members)
Coordinate client private equity investment data handling (portfolio monitoring and due diligence use cases mainly) and ensure accurate & timely feedback
Strengthen client engagement maintaining regular contact with existing clients building a trusted relationship as the single point of contact representing the delivery team
Onboard and train new clients on CEPRES investment decision products
Perform detailed quantitative analysis of investment opportunities, industry dynamics, complex data sets to identify crucial financial and business information and execution of deals
Ensure standardization of methodological approaches, implementation of quality and coordination of analytical resources
Assist with custom projects requiring quantitative research and analysis
Provide structured feedback to the product (Development Team) for improving the platform as the business process owner
Present analysis capabilities of the CEPRES Platform to current and prospective clients
Minimum 5+ years of management experience, Consulting, Private Equity or investment banking background, prior Experience in M&A or leverage finance transactions preferred
Master's Degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field)
CFA, CAIA preferred
Close to native speaker English skills, knowledge of German a plus
Past experience in managing a team
Working knowledge of Alternative Markets (Private Equity, Private Debt, etc.)
Experience in Fin Tech/Platform/SaaS businesses
Project Management skills in order to efficiently coordinate information from internal stakeholders and customers
Experience with Financial Modelling using Excel
Excellent presentation skills, ability to hold your own with C-level counterparts
Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wide processes
Intercultural competence required to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and international company
