The Role Responsibilities
Strategy & Business
Support key GBA projects to capture the business potentials and opportunities arisen from policy openings
Support client engagement model for deepening and maximizing the Greater China (GC) & GBA client base
Work closely with SCB China and country stakeholders to drive a superb One GBA client experience
Support management of segment movement and retention on GC & GBA base
Support in building ongoing discipline to collect Voice of Clients
Support digital engagement with GC & GBA clients, with WeChat as major platform
Continuously look for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness across day-to-day processes
Support effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations.
Support execution of Business strategy in a safe and well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis - incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.
Be alert of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role remit.
Be responsible for delivering 'effective governance'; capable to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any regulatory body in an open and cooperative manner.
Manage regulatory relationships in relation to the business remit.
Be responsible for appropriate escalation to any governance committees or to other stakeholders in senior. management, risk or control functions as appropriate
