Investments are made under the Enterprise Investment Scheme and Venture Capital Trust legislation. The candidate will be required to process relevant tax information relating to investors and, where necessary, liaise with HMRC
Leading the digitalisation process of our investor portal and ongoing database maintenance including preparing data files, journal entries and fee schedules
UAT testing of new functionality and BAU developmental releases
Creation of reporting documents and client communications. At times, this will require data analysis using Microsoft and Libris products
Maintaining investor records following a change in correspondence details or adviser
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a numerate subject such as computer science, engineering or IT
Intermediate/advanced level in Microsoft Excel, confident using pivot tables and performing index-match/sumifs/vlookup functions
Familiarity with databases/CRM systems (MS Access and Libris preferable)
Previous experience in data migration, UAT testing and extracting data from XMLs
