Our client, Frontier is Australia's number one ranked provider of advice and research for institutional investors. They work with some of Australia's largest institutional investors within the superannuation, charity, university investment sectors. Reporting to the Director of Sector Research and working closely with the Director of Consulting, you will lead the firm's Real Assets Team and research across the infrastructure, property, private equity, timber and agriculture sectors to deliver high quality asset consulting services to Frontier clients.
Key to the role will be your stakeholder management, both internally and externally; client relationship management; team leadership; business management; and a deep expertise and intimate knowledge of the infrastructure asset class.
Leading and managing the Real Assets Team you will also potentially undertake real assets research. You will maintain and improve the firm's knowledge and understanding of infrastructure, property, private equity, timber and agriculture assets, investment managers and provide thought leadership with issues confronted by clients in these areas.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in real assets with a combination of transaction experience, portfolio management and manager research knowledge. Coupled with this deep expertise, you will have a strategic mindset and provide strong leadership, managing a small team ensuring all work is delivered in a high quality and timely manner for clients. You will also work closely with the client consulting team undertaking specific client work and proactively identify and raise issues / ideas that may affect client portfolios within the real assets sector.
