The incumbent will support of the CPAC processes and associated responsibilities in adherence to the Citi Product Approval Policy and the CPAC Standard.
Working with the Lead CPAC Coordinator
Assist in screening business proposals to determine if eligible for a CPAC review required and make appropriate recommendations to the CPAC Chair and Lead Coordinator.
Liaise with the businesses to ensure that proposals - newly identified CPAC initiatives and Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) accurately represent all relevant risks and issues, and that the relevant control functions have understood and opined on the proposal.
Participating in the discussions at CPAC review meetings, be directly engaged in the evaluation of risk issues, and document meeting discussions.
Engage the business and control stakeholders to ensure that the issues raised during the CPAC review are duly addressed and resolved.
Ensure regional pipelines are current and consolidated
Ensuring Membership and delegate approvals are current
10+ years of broad consumer banking experience across the product spectrum
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and the gravitas to engage with senior leaders as well as lead product development staff
Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
Must possess strong analytical and reasoning skills along with outstanding problem-solving skills
Strong data and analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Office tools
The ideal candidate has experience working within an enterprise-wide risk management framework with strong orientation to and knowledge of regulatory, compliance and operational risks
Good understanding of Operations, Risk and Control functions
Passionate about Client experience
Have demonstrated prior experience in managing region-wide programs with tight delivery timelines
Perform in a high-energy fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Operate within the matrix environment and effectively lead and drive change across multiple constituencies, organizational boundaries, levels of management by leveraging of all global, regional and country resources
Demonstrate necessary maturity to deal with senior management (including CXO leaders), engage peers and effectively manage and guide junior colleagues
