You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and proactive manage the end to end service understanding the clients needs and working with the business to deliver an operating model to optimise the client experience. Key responsibilities would include;
Working with the Clients and Client Implementation team to ensure the clients needs are fully understood and articulated to the rest of the business
Managed the day to day clients needs around operational service providing proactive service support, account maintenance and delivering a high stand of core client service
Develop insight on client book, understanding themes, clients types and regions to help deliver a tailored service
Provide support to the sales process
Assist in business development activities acting as an SME, attending prospect meetings and provide insight on service and operational facilitation/
Investigate and resolve complex client issues, identifying risks and weaknesses and put in place changes
Act as a conduit between the client and the rest of business (Sales, Client Implementation, Operations, Product Specialists and Fund Distributors)
Proactively engage in projects and process improvements for the team
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in a Client Service position from an Investment Management business, knowledge and experience of dealing with Institutional/Segregated clients and have knowledge of multiple Investment types. You will be very client focused, and have the ability to demonstrate understanding client needs and delivering to these. Fluency in German or Italian will be highly beneficial. As a person you will be; proactive, diligent and hardworking.
