We have been mandated by a number of financial brokerage firms globally who are looking to hire in the US, London, Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong, keen to recruit good sales people who have a hunter sales personality. Suitable applicants will have a broad range of client contacts they can tap into such as Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Corporates, Banks, Asset Managers and so on. Looking to hire existing teams and senior individuals who have a proven track record winning in business for any of the following areas
  • Equity Sales trader 
  • Sales Trader - Even driven / special sits, risk arb - (Hedge Fund coverage)
  • Listed Derivatives Sales Desk 
  • Fixed Income Sales - agency broking
  • Structured Product Solutions desk - German or French coverage
  • Equity Derivatives broking
  • FX options focused agency business
  • Commodities brokers
  • Listed Equity Derivatives Sales (Institutional Coverage) – London
  • Bond Sales - coverage- Africa or Turkey - Madrid

    Our clients are flexible in putting together an attractive financial package for all suitable candidates and teams but you must be able to demonstrate to them the ability to generate good P&L, portable client base and preferably already working in a brokerage environment but now looking for a better deal. Our clients are also open to meeting investment bankers who are confident in their ability to switch to a brokerage environment and hit the ground running.
