We Offer A unique opportunity to assist in establishing and run the day to day governance and controls within CS SSAF business. Responsibilities include:
Assist in fulfilling the day to day running of control processes to help deliver on our sustainability ambition and avoid greenwashing, in compliance with current processes and policies.
Perform materiality assessments in line with newly build governance based on expert knowledge client/ product social/ environmental/ governance commitments.
Lead the running of new governance forums (e.g. SSAF Divisional Client Risk Committee) by preparing materials, minute taking, maintaining action trackers etc. to effectively demonstrate first line calibration and awareness, escalation and decision making.
Assist in contributing and shaping risk and controls projects working across appropriate first and second line teams to remediate issues.
Working with the broader CRCO on whether CS is meeting sustainability commitments.
Assist in tire kicking/deep dives into processes/procedures to improve control framework and environment.
Assisting in managing the firm's relationships and obligations in respect of our role as signatory of the UN PRI and PRB and other external affiliations as may be required.
Tracking issues and obligations to ensure compliance and actively contribute to remediation efforts.
Assist in preparing responses to regulatory requests and preparing materials used to proactively communicate with our regulators in partnership with central and SRI teams.

Experience in a risk or other control function relating to Rep Risk/ Sustainability Risk.
Prior track record working under pressure, managing senior partners on complex matters within a governance framework.
Results-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of the operation and/or control environment at Credit Suisse.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
Broader industry wide knowledge and understanding on matters relating to ESG management.
