A global exchange is hiring for a Head of Sales to be based in Singapore. This is a newly created headcount due to an excellent year in 2020.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Market the firm and products to Asian customers, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Penetrate into oil market trading strategies and products from OTC trading perspective
• Identify and develop Sales Campaigns based on Company Strategic goals
• Manage and Report trends in derivatives trading and regulation in Asia-Pacific and provide updates to HQ whilst offering actions to such trends
• Proactively hunt for key accounts in Singapore, HK and China

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar role from commodity trading firm, banking or an exchange environment
• Good understanding of oil, crude, and understanding of buying and hedging
• Existing relationships in the Asian energy industry preferred with insight into Asian Proprietary and Financial market place.
• Hungry, driven and motivated team player
• Able to thrive in a lean and flat team structure
