Taking responsibility for implementation of product development and management initiatives for funds within a UCITS collectives' range, the Product Development Manager will assume the following remit:
Delivering product development initiatives, providing input to the product development process from idea stage through to launch
Identifying and implementing product modifications, closures, mergers, or other changes as a result of client, investment or regulatory requirements
Input into the product governance process, such as looking into post launch and annual fund reviews, reviewing fund documentation and literature
Being the subject matter expert and dealing with ad hoc queries from the rest of the business for the products assigned to you
Managing senior stakeholders across all areas of the business
Oversight of legal and regulatory developments impacting product
The Product Development Manager will meet the following credentials:
At least 4 years' experience within the investment management sector
In-depth technical knowledge of various fund structures, domiciles and pricing for alternative asset fund structures
Proven experience within project management: needs to be able to implement a change process
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (both current and future developments)
Proven ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Exposure to at least one of the following asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, Liquidity, Multi-Strategy or Multi-Assets
Knowledge of UK and/or Luxembourg UCITS is essential
IMC qualification or equivalent
