We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Lending Services.
Manages the activities within Lending Services so as to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the team. Ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) with the businesses are consistently met and that customer service levels are of a continuously high standard
Managing the team onshore in Singapore as well as working with GSC teams supporting Lending Services in meeting the SLA for the business and interacting with the vendors involved in all the fulfillment related processes
Deliver efficiencies through simplification, re-engineering, etc for sustainable saves and to be in line with the global standardization concept including compliant and control in the processes
Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing a team
Good interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of operational processes
Strong analytical mind and related regulations is required
