Responsibilities:

• Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
• Conduct high volume out-bound calls, reaching sales prospects in order to offer demos and schedule appointments
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
• Schedule pre-qualified appointments and product demonstrations

Qualifications: 

• At least 7 to 10  years experience with a recognised Bachelor's degree
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English and Korean or Japanese coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
• Korean or Japanese language skills is required to liaise with Korean or Japanese clients 
• Strong influencing and well-developed interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to credibly interact with, and influence, senior level executives
• Perseverence and resilience – willing to call new prospects daily and explain value proposition
• Familiarity with Credit Markets in the Financial Services industry
