We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team asa Manager, Service Delivery – HSBC Securities Services.
Responsible for transfer agency services contact and responding to queries from distributors and fund managers.
Deal with day to day Transfer Agency operations which include ensuring that the dealing orders from various distributors are processed correctly
Ensure prompt reporting from reporting team to each fund managers according to the terms defined in the Service Level Agreement.
Responsible for proper take on and set up of new funds and clients on the platform
Ensuring dealing procedures are followed and order placement is done accurately and in timely manner.
Ensuring that trade settlement are completed accurately according to dealing cycle including processing corporate action.
Ensure tight control on cash and units reconciliations and undertake timely investigation, escalation and resolution.
Ensure and manage the operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and timely reporting
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Manage under strict deadlines, while adhering to procedures and regulations
Service oriented and client focused, proactive and responsive approach to responsibilities
Projects assigned by senior management and those driven by customer needs have to make sure they are seen through to completion.
Undertake User Acceptance Test and participate in new change initiatives.
Degree holder with operations experience in banking and financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Manage Operations resources on a day to-day basis
Knowledge of general banking practices, working knowledge in unit trust will be an added advantage.
