A Financial Services firm are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will be supporting the development and execution of Compliance-related governance, internal controls frameworks, standards and methodologies. The post holder will also be involved in the development of training and the execution of regulatory projects.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with internal stakeholders/Compliance Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensuring customers are classified in line with required policy standards and industry regulations
• Achieving operational goals set, and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity
• Ongoing maintenance/refresh of existing customer data
• Ensuring robust record keeping processes are established and maintained
• Assisting in the creation/delivery of training across the group

Requirements:

• Demonstrable knowledge of Risk Management methodologies and concepts
• Data analysis (Excel) experience
• Policy and procedures drafting experience
• Demonstrable ability to get work done within a pressurised environment
